Working principle of urea pump: pre-injection stage
Pre-injection stage: the motor rotates to establish the pressure of
urea solution.
Open the nozzle several times to drain the gas.
Pressure reaches 8-9 bar.
The preinjection time is generally 30s-1min.
Flow direction of urea solution: urea tank → suction tube → motor →
filter element → spray tube → nozzle
Urea tank → suction pipe → motor → filter element → liquid return
pipe → urea tank
